2. Data processed
Pambuffetti Automobili srl collects only the data that the user voluntarily provides and navigation data.
For the consultation of the “public” part of the Site (i.e. the part freely accessible by each user), no supply of the user’s personal data is required.
For access to the reserved content part of the Site, or for any possible contact with Pambuffetti Automobili srl by the user through, for example, the sending of e-mail messages, electronic or traditional, to the Pambuffetti Automobili srl addresses indicated on the Site, the user’s data shall be considered acquired and, therefore, processed in full compliance with the regulations in force.

Browsing data are related to the user’s operating system and computer environment, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, by its nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
3. Purposes of the treatment
Pambuffetti Automobili srl processes personal data that you have provided on the Site in connection with the use of the Site. In particular, your personal data may be used for the following purposes
a) provision of services and functionalities of the Site (such as, for example, name and surname, e-mail address, password for log-in, etc.);
Pambuffetti Automobili srl collects and processes the user’s personal data in order to provide all the Site functionalities, such as, for example, those for communicating through the Site or choosing the “Remember” option, so that it is not necessary to provide the “log-in” details again each time you access the Site.
Please note: we do not recommend using this option if the computer used is shared with other people.

The purposes listed above are subject to the user’s consent (which in some cases must be explicit).
We also point out that Pambuffetti Automobili srl uses a third party tool (i.e. analysis tools, adw, or promotional tools linked Google) for statistical and marketing purposes only. However, the data are managed in a completely anonymised form.
These data are used only for the purpose of obtaining statistical information not associated with any user identification data on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site.
Pambuffetti Automobili srl shall not use the data provided for purposes other than those listed above, to which the user concerned has subscribed, and only within the limits indicated from time to time in any further specific information accompanying the different, specific service eventually requested by the user.
The user’s data shall never be sold or rented by Pambuffetti Automobili srl to third parties.
The user is the sole owner of his data and can request their modification or cancellation at any time: see below the section “rights of the interested party”.
4. Storage of personal data
Pambuffetti Automobili srl shall keep the user’s information within the terms required by the regulations in force and, in any case, for as long as necessary to provide the requested services.
In particular, the data provided by the user for access to a possible reserved area, or in the various contact forms, shall be kept as long as their cancellation is not requested, keeping only the data related to the basic data base (such as, for example, those related to invoicing, and therefore: company name, company address, VAT number, company contact and password).
5. Security and transfer of personal data
The transfer, storage and processing of user data that are collected through the Site are secured by means of appropriate technical measures.
All user information is protected with a password that the user has chosen himself; passwords are not recorded in plain text but are protected by various encryption methods. In addition, the site is delivered on an HTTPS encrypted connection.
User data are collected, filed and stored on a secure server, protected by a firewall and physically located in Italy in an access-controlled web farm.
All super-user access takes place under encryption protection.
6. Transfer of data to third parties
Pambuffetti Automobili srl does not transfer personal data to third parties. However, Pambuffetti Automobili srl may provide the user’s data to third parties for certain processes such as, for example, for the purpose of providing the user with technical/legal advice at the user’s request.
In these cases, in fact, Pambuffetti Automobili srl may transmit part of the user’s data to specialist third parties.
These third parties will process the user’s personal data in full compliance with the regulations in force.
The user’s data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Only if Pambuffetti Automobili srl is required to do so by law, personal data shall be provided to the competent Authorities.
